5. Service providers and other recipients

Framer hosts this website and handles information entered into its forms. Correspondence with hello@fio.studio is handled through Namecheap Private Email.

Fio does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Access is limited to Fio and the service providers needed to host, secure and operate the website and handle correspondence.

Ateliers and other recipients

An enquiry does not authorise Fio to publish an atelier profile, reuse its photographs or share client information. Those uses need a separate, specific agreement or permission.

6. Retention and handling requests

If no business relationship begins, Fio deletes the atelier sign-up and related correspondence 90 days after the last contact.

• Business correspondence is kept while the relationship needs it and for any period the law requires.

• Retention for the materials in your Digital Atelier is addressed in the information provided with your plan.

• You can contact Fio to ask what information is held and request its correction or deletion.

• Records that must be retained for a legal obligation are handled in accordance with that obligation.
