1. Using this website

Use this website to learn about Fio, explore its illustrative examples and discuss a Digital Atelier for your business. Provide accurate information and act with authority to represent the atelier you name.

2. Plans and billing

The plans and feature descriptions on this website explain what each monthly plan includes. Sending an enquiry does not by itself start a subscription.

• Your plan, its monthly price and any yearly option are confirmed with you before billing starts.

• Plans are billed monthly with no setup fee and no minimum term, or yearly in advance with two months free.

• Changing plan, adding agents or moving to Fio Studio is agreed before it takes effect.

• You can cancel at any time. How a cancellation takes effect is confirmed when you subscribe.

• Any taxes and invoicing requirements are confirmed with your plan.

3. Your materials and proposed outputs

Your existing rights in the brand notes, garment photographs, designs and documents you provide remain yours or the relevant rights holder’s.

Fio may use the materials you provide only to operate your Digital Atelier, as set out in these terms and your plan. Visiting this website does not grant a general licence to publish an atelier’s work.

Materials you authorise

4. Responsible use

Fio’s agents learn from the materials and conversations you authorise, structure that knowledge across five agents and prepare the studio for your review.

• You choose which source materials the agents may use.

• The atelier reviews production capabilities and commercial information.

• The owner authorises the intended staff or client-facing use before activation.

Software and ownership

Fio provides the Digital Atelier as software on a subscription. You keep your rights in your materials; Fio keeps its rights in the software and in any third-party tools it uses.

Changes to your plan

Discuss corrections, new requirements and changes of use with Fio. Their effect on your plan is confirmed before they take effect.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, illustrations, design and other creative work on this website belong to Fio, the relevant contributors or their licensors. Contact Fio before reproducing or redistributing them.

7. Availability and support

8. Information and owner decisions

You can end or change your subscription at any time by contacting Fio. There is no minimum term.
