GOOD TO KNOW

A few things, clearly.

How are ateliers suggested?

Fio compares visible garment details with reviewed examples of an atelier’s work. Suggestions are a starting point; availability, practical fit and introduction permission are confirmed separately.

Does Fio quote or make the garment?

Your atelier agrees the design, price, timeline and commission with you. A photograph can reveal visible details and possible cost drivers; it cannot settle construction, fit or a quote.

What happens to my photograph?

In Discover, an AI provider reads the image. Fio stores a photo copy only if you choose to share it, and sharing with a connected atelier requires separate permission. Edit explains its own image-processing terms before you continue.

Can I begin with a sketch?

Fio Edit accepts a garment sketch or garment photograph and a written change. Discover currently asks for a clear garment photograph. Edit results are AI design previews; review them with your maker.

Do I need an account?

Discover, Edit and Hosts do not require an account. Hosts may ask for an email to send your links and confirm invitations. Studio requires access assigned by your atelier.
