In short
Brand, Garment, Capability, Commercial and Operations.
Each agent works from sources you authorise.
Open questions show where your knowledge is needed.
You stay responsible for decisions and client commitments.
Fio’s five agents each organise a different part of an atelier’s knowledge. Together they support a Digital Atelier shaped around your collection, your workshop and your way of doing business.
Why the work is split
Brand identity, garment description, manufacturing capability, commercial policy and operational process need different sources and different kinds of review.
Meet the five agents
Brand. Start with approved brand notes, visual references and collection stories. The Brand agent proposes a profile for the house’s aesthetic and voice, which the owner reviews.
Garment. Bring authorised images together with specification notes. The Garment agent drafts catalogue records for visible details and supplied construction information, keeping uncertainties open.
Capability. Use workshop knowledge to establish permitted modifications and practical limits. The Capability agent asks what the atelier actually offers and records rules the owner confirms.
Commercial. Supply pricing structure, lead times, deposits, capacity and fitting policies. The Commercial agent organises the approved information without inventing missing figures or client commitments.
Operations. Describe how your team handles enquiries, consultations and orders. The Operations agent maps stages, responsibilities and approval points within the plan you choose.
How their work comes together
The agents share the context of your collection while keeping the source and authority of each fact clear.
Authorised materials provide a common starting point.
Open questions identify where the owner’s knowledge is needed.
Approved records form one connected Digital Atelier.
The Digital Atelier is the shared result of the five agents’ work, kept up to date through Fio’s software.
Your role in the process
Choose the source materials Fio may work from.
Review garment and brand descriptions for accuracy.
Confirm production rules and commercial information.
Approve the intended use of the studio and its content.
The owner remains responsible for the atelier’s manufacturing decisions and commitments to clients.
