In short

A photo can’t set a production rule or a price.

Fio gathers open questions into a focused review.

Rules can cover one garment or a whole collection.

Approval covers only the work reviewed.

A photograph can show the shape of a dress. It cannot establish which changes a workshop accepts, the price of a commission or whether a delivery date is available. Those decisions belong to the atelier.

Appearance is not a production rule

A structured bodice may be visible in an image, but the image does not say whether the atelier offers alterations to that construction.

The Capability agent therefore works from confirmed workshop knowledge and owner review as well as the collection’s visual records.

What needs your confirmation

Garment descriptions should distinguish visible features from materials or construction supplied by the atelier.

Commercial records need a separate review because a general policy does not settle the terms of an individual commission.

  • Which fabric and colour changes are permitted.

  • Which alterations require an additional assessment.

  • Which lead-time and capacity information may be used.

  • Which deposit and fitting policies apply to the proposed service.

A collection image or a marketing phrase should not be treated as approval of these business decisions.

A focused owner review

Fio gathers missing information into questions about the relevant garment, collection or workflow, so the owner can review the decisions that need their knowledge.

For example, an owner might allow fabric and colour changes while reserving silhouette changes for a separate review. This is an illustrative rule, not a statement about a particular atelier.

Correct a draft before use

Check the source, the proposed wording and the scope of each rule. A collection-wide instruction may need an exception for one garment.

Corrections should identify the fact that changes and the records it affects, so the studio can be reviewed as a coherent whole.

From approval to use

  1. Confirm the facts and rules that are ready for the studio.

  2. Agree which staff will use the approved information.

  3. Choose what may appear in client-facing content.

  4. Authorise activation within your plan.

The owner’s approval remains specific to the work being reviewed; new materials, new rules and wider uses need their own decisions.
